Bulldog delivers quality in its equipment, service and administration.Equipment Bulldog’s equipment is fully inspected and certified prior to each rental assignment. Commissioning problems are minimized and power can be on line quickly. Bulldog maintains operating statistics on it’s equipment. Bulldog’s rental units operate at the highest levels of reliability in the industry. By minimizing in service down time, the customers’ power requirements are met reliably. This avoids unplanned downtime to production and process. Service Bulldog supports its rentals with a Service Tech Program that is best in class. Bulldog maintains a technical staff so that Bulldog can provide team leaders with support staff to address commissioning or operation problems for any rental assignment. Al technical staff go through ISO level training. Bulldog does require subcontracted technicians be fully trained and familiar with the rental equipment controls. This bench strength assures the customer that competent technical support will always be available when you need it and not when it’s convenient for the rental company. No other boiler rental company can deliver this depth of service support. For remote assignments, Bulldog can place an inventory of service parts on-site to minimize delays associated with shipping parts and supplies. Rental engagements present unique challenges. When Technical support is needed, nobody can match Bulldog response effort. Administration At Bulldog, fair dealing with the customer is part of our business ethic. The last months rent is pro-rated for the days the equipment used and returned to the company, and not the full calendar month, as customary with other rental companies. Bulldog’s rental agreements describe the situations that will result in chargeable and non-chargeable service calls. We think we make a fair allocation of these in service charges.
